Currently serving as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse Practitioner at PUR Recovery, Ray offers exceptional care tailored to adults with psychiatric and mental health needs. His expertise encompasses mental health assessments, evidence-based treatments, and crisis intervention, further validated by his Board Certification in Family Practice by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
Previously, Ray contributed his expertise at several inpatient facilities including HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital Behavioral Health and HCA Florida JFK North Hospital, where he provided acute psychiatric care and stabilization to clients in crisis. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he served as a frontline Mental Health Professional, addressing unique mental health challenges in New York City and Paramus, New Jersey. Additionally, as the Health Services Administrator at CorrectHealth, Ray managed a 1200-bed psychiatric forensics/medical facility, overseeing staff and coordinating interdisciplinary treatment plans.
Ray embarked on his career journey as the Director of Emergency Services/Mental Health in the Emergency Department in Atlanta, GA.
